Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in configuration management and CMDB administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CMDB data model, class structures and relationships.
• Enforce CMDB policies, naming conventions, and ITIL-aligned procedures.
• Integrate CMDB with change, incident and problem workflows for impact analysis.
• Conduct audits and baseline reviews to ensure data quality and remediation.
• Collaborate with platform admins to optimize CMDB in ServiceNow and discovery.
• Produce reports and visuals for risk assessments and compliance.
