Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced ISV Partner Account Manager (PAM) to oversee a portfolio of named partners across build, market, GTM, support and operate motions. You will drive revenue, platform adoption and marketplace launches on AgentExchange, collaborating with teams across Sales, Services and Product.

You will manage partner relationships in areas such as sales productivity, data enrichment, content management and enterprise search, aligning partner goals with Salesforce strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in ISV, technology or product partnership and/or sales experience in the SaaS, PaaS or AI

Responsibilities

• Leadership: represent partners to Salesforce stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to partner leaders across functions.
• Portfolio Growth: grow named partners, drive adoption of Agentforce, Data 360, Slack, AIforce, and hit revenue and marketplace targets.
• Commercial Execution: manage go-to-market with partners, sign and onboard to AgentExchange Commerce, forecast business, address risks.
• Model AI-first: adopt Salesforce AI tools and external AI tools to boost productivity and outcomes with partners
