Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with live audio communication to monitored sites. You will verify alarms, monitor video, de-escalate incidents, and document actions in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The role involves shift work, including evenings and weekends, with comprehensive benefits from Day 1 and potential bonuses. Start training and orientation are provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand needs and respond.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Conduct virtual escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and document all interactions.
• Monitor, verify, and respond to alarm signals; place outgoing calls to verify alarms.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify specified individuals per customer instructions.
• Provide life-safety support with clear and timely alarm dispatch to emergency services.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and resets.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events, de-escalating incidents as needed.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
