Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for its 24/7 security monitoring operations. The role involves live communication with monitored sites, alarm verification, and rapid incident response.

You will handle video monitoring, two-way audio, and de-escalation in high-pressure situations. Starting pay is $22/hour with differential options; full benefits from day one, 3 weeks vacation, 10 days sick leave, and performance/attendance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs and provide accurate responses.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual site tours to identify vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts for customers during opening/closing or requests.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarms: contact customers and emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system-related inquiries.
