Job summary

Interface Systems seeks an iSOC Level 3 Coordinator to manage real-time security events, including two-way audio/video interactions, alarm verification, and rapid decision-making. You will de-escalate incidents, coordinate with customers and emergency services, and document all activities in a fast-paced monitoring center.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with shift differentials and annual bonuses. This on-site role requires weekend/holiday coverage with full benefits from day one and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business hours or on request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place outbound calls to verify alarms.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify individuals per customer instructions about alarms or events.
• Provide life-safety support through clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Provide basics of alarm arming/disarming and resetting.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events with two-way systems.
• Intervene during real-time incidents with authority and clear communication.
• Handle loitering/trespassing or other violations with de-escalation.
• Document interactions and ensure follow-up resolution.
• Generate reports on alarm responses and life-safety interventions.
• Complete training as needed per Interface policies.
