Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with two-way audio/video communication at monitored sites. You will verify alarms, coordinate with emergency services, and perform live incident interventions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You will handle high-pressure situations with clear, authoritative communication, de-escalating threats and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business opening/closing.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor and respond to alarm signals and verify validity.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify designated individuals per customer instructions.
• Provide life safety dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events.
• De-escalate incidents such as trespassing.
• Document all interactions and follow up; generate reports.
