Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for on-site security monitoring in Missouri. You will manage real-time responses, alarms, and live two-way audio/video interactions with monitored sites to prevent breaches and resolve incidents efficiently.

Key duties include alarm verification, incident escalation, and clear communication with customers and emergency personnel. The role requires flexibility for 24/7 coverage, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in high pressure situations, demonstrating professionalism while working through urgent or critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks / virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with security inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place calls to verify validity.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify individuals per customer instructions during alarms.
• Provide timely dispatch communication to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and reset assistance.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents using two-way audio systems.
• De-escalate or rapidly decide during incidents like trespassing.
• Document interactions and ensure proper follow-up; generate detailed incident reports.
• Complete any required training and comply with company policies.
