Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events in a state-of-the-art Operations Center. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and coordinate with customers and emergency services, using two-way audio to communicate with monitored sites.

This role emphasizes quick decision-making, de-escalation, and clear, authoritative communication in a fast-paced environment at our Missouri site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred (customer service, dispatch, or security).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and conduct video verification.
• Provide life safety support and clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events with authoritative communication.
• Document interactions and generate detailed reports on responses.
