Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from our state‑of‑the‑art security operations center in Missouri. You will perform remote checks, two‑way audio/video surveillance, and rapid incident response to protect people and assets.

The role requires strong communication and de‑escalation skills, with shift hours from 4:30pm to 1am and 8–10 hour shifts. Benefits start Day 1, plus vacation, sick time, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely responses.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer sites.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business opening/closing.
• Communicate with locations via two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with security inquiries and support.
• Document interactions and maintain records in the system of record.
• Verify alarms and dispatch if needed.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify designated individuals of alarms per instructions.
• Provide life safety support and clear alarm communication to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and resetting alarms.
