Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for an on-site role in St. Louis, MO. You will manage real-time security events, perform remote checks, and control two-way audio/video interactions with monitored sites to prevent incidents.

The position offers a structured schedule with 8–10 hour shifts, extensive benefits from day 1, and performance-based bonuses. Training is provided as you grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Verify alarms through video and notify relevant parties.
• Provide clear life safety dispatch to emergency personnel.
