Job summary

Interface Systems seeks an experienced Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, verify alarms, and coordinate communications with monitored sites. You will handle live audio/video interactions, de-escalate threats, and ensure rapid decision-making in a high-tech operations center.

The role offers on-site work in Missouri, with shift hours spanning 12:00PM–10:30PM, 8–10 hour shifts, and multiple bonuses including monthly performance and attendance incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify alarm signals; place calls to verify validity.
• Conduct remote checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Respond to incidents with accurate dispatch to emergency services.
• Document interactions and follow up to resolve incidents.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
