Job summary

Interface Systems in Missouri is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to oversee real-time security operations. You will manage live audio interactions, verify alarms, and coordinate with customers and emergency services to resolve incidents.

The role builds on prior levels with greater responsibility in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. On-site schedule includes weekends; full benefits Day 1, vacation, sick time, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in customer service or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with calm demeanor under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to document interactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive security and life safety monitoring across levels 1–3.
• Conduct remote checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with sites using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Notify emergency services and coordinate with customers per instructions.
• Produce detailed incident documents and follow-up reports.
