Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and life safety events.
• Take inbound calls to resolve inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with customers and emergency services as required.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
