Interface Systems in St. Louis is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, perform level 3 interactions, and direct responses across monitored sites.

You will rely on alarm verification, video monitoring and two-way audio/video to verify threats, escalate as needed, and coordinate with customers and on-site personnel.

This role offers a fast-paced environment, on-site schedule with shift options, and opportunities for growth within the iSOC team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating live security incidents.
• Ability to stay calm and assertive when communicating.
• Proficient in alarm verification and monitoring.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client sites.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Take appropriate action based on severity and instructions.
