Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct live two-way audio/video interactions during incidents.
• Verify alarms and coordinate emergency responses with customers and authorities.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Generate incident and life-safety reports.
• Escalate or resolve security events with authoritative communication.
