Interface Systems is hiring a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for an on-site, United States-based role in Missouri. You will manage real-time security events, conduct live two-way audio/video interactions, verify alarms, de-escalate incidents, and coordinate with emergency services as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or security is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Verify alarms and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Provide basic alarm support including arming/disarming systems.
