Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an experienced Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, including live audio/video interactions, alarm verification, and rapid decision-making. The role requires on-site work in the U.S. and weekend/holiday availability in a 24/7 operation.

Training is provided and a robust benefits package begins Day 1. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with differential bonuses for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing potential security vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and verify alarm signals.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and perform video verification.
• Notify specified individuals per customer instructions.
• Provide life safety support and clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and resetting alarms.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events with monitored sites.
• Use two-way audio to intervene in real-time incidents and de-escalate when possible.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed reports on responses and interventions.
