Job summary

Interface Systems seeks a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, alarms, and live interactions with monitored sites. You will verify incidents, communicate with customers and emergency services, and escalate as needed in a fast-paced SOC.

Role requires strong communication, two-way audio/video surveillance experience, and a calm, authoritative demeanor under pressure. Training is provided, with shift options and growth within the iSOC team.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security events with real-time communication.
• Perform remote checks and video verification of alarms.
• Document interactions and generate incident reports.
• Coordinate with customers and emergency services as needed.
