Job summary

Interface Systems on-site security role is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage live interactions during security events. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and communicate with customers and emergency services, using two-way audio/video Technology. The role demands quick decision-making and strong de-escalation skills.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with shifts 2:30pm–12am, and full benefits from day one. Training is provided, and bonuses are possible after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle live audio interactions and coordinate with customers at monitored sites.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Monitor video feeds to verify alarms and incidents.
• Document all interactions and ensure proper follow-up for incident resolution.
• Generate reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
