Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage security events with real-time communication at monitored sites. You will verify alarms, guide rapid decisions, and de-escalate incidents using two-way audio/video systems.

The role requires on-site work in Missouri, weekend/holiday shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one. Training is provided to support progression within the iSOC team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business hours or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services as required.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with resolving security inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Document interactions and follow up to resolve incidents.
• Verify alarms via video and notify relevant personnel.
