Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for our on-site security operations center. You will manage live audio interactions, verify alarms, and coordinate with customers and emergency services in real time.

This role includes 8–10 hour shifts, weekend coverage, and full benefits from Day 1. Starting pay is $22 per hour with evening, overnight and weekend differentials, plus performance and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business opening/closing or on request.
• Communicate with customer locations via two-way audio/video surveillance.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and dispatch as needed.
• Provide life safety support and emergency dispatch coordination.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Intervene in real-time incidents using two-way audio to de-escalate situations.
