Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events and two-way audio communications across monitored sites. You will verify alarms, de-escalate incidents, and coordinate with emergency responders while maintaining precise documentation.

The role requires strong communication, quick decision making, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 Security Operations Center environment. On-site work with benefits from day one is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage real-time security events with three levels of responsibility: Level 1 Security, Level 2 Life Safety, Level 3 Interactive.
• Conduct remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations and observe for vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services and coordinating with customers during incidents.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries and document all interactions.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarms, and provide precise dispatch communications to emergency personnel.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
