Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Coordinator to monitor security via advanced audio/video systems and support customer inquiries. The role focuses on remote checks, live interactions, and coordinating emergency responses as needed in a fast-paced Operations Center environment.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with differential for evenings, nights, and weekends. This on-site position includes training, referral bonuses, and a structured progression through three levels of responsibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are professional.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
