Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage live security events, perform alarm verification, video monitoring, and direct two-way audio communications with monitored sites. You will handle escalations, de-escalation, and rapid decision-making to protect customers and assets in a fast-paced SOC environment.

The role offers shift-based hours (12pm-10:30pm) with differential pay, full benefits from day one, paid vacation and sick time, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events and manage real-time communications.
• Conduct remote checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
• Verify alarms via video and notify relevant personnel.
• Provide life safety support and basic alarm operations.
• Document interactions and generate incident reports.
