Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead all aspects of Blow M molding tooling, process development, and qualification across Amcor manufacturing operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation and provide technical leadership in mold manufacturing, process optimization, equipment validation, and continuous improvement of ISBM capabilities.

The role requires collaboration with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in plastics packaging manufacturing or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISBM tooling projects from concept to implementation.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specs at designed cycle times.
• Develop and maintain standard process documentation and baselines.
• Train and mentor plant personnel on tooling and processing best practices.
