Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Sr. Process and Tooling Engineer to lead all aspects of Blow Molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across Amcor manufacturing operations.

You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, providing technical leadership in mold manufacturing and process optimization. The role serves as a liaison between Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, vendors, and plant teams to ensure safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• 5–8 years of experience in plastics packaging manufacturing, process engineering, tooling engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling and vendors required.
• Proficiency with CAD software and enterprise tools (SAP, Windchill, Salesforce, MS Project, MS Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification, and validation for new, replacement, or rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional, visual, and performance specs within designed cycle times.
• Establish validated baseline processes and maintain standardized Master Process Sheets.
• Create and maintain Process of Adjustment and baseline operating parameters.
