Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead all aspects of Blow Molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, providing technical leadership in mold design, process optimization, and equipment qualification.

The role interfaces with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, vendors, and plant teams to ensure tooling and processes

Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing, process engineering, tooling engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow M molding (ISBM) tooling and vendors is required.
• Experience with mold qualification, validation, process optimization, and troubleshooting is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all mold sampling, process qualification, and validation activities for new/rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specifications at designed cycle times.
• Develop and maintain Master Process Sheets and Process of Adjustment documentation.
• Provide technical support for startup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Lead in-house and vendor-supported technical training and plant readiness activities.
