Job summary

PNC Financial Services is seeking an Operations Advisor in the Midland organization, based in the Boca Raton area. The role focuses on accurate reporting and remittance of funds under servicing agreements for assigned contracts, with compliance to regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in loan servicing (investor reporting preferred), strong financial/cash movement knowledge, and proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively and mentor peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supports a critical operational service, ensuring performance and risk indicators are met.
• Establishes and monitors process performance measurements and reports to stakeholders.
• Monitors production workflow and assists team members with escalated issues; acts as escalation point.
• Drives improvements in production processes and controls for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensures adherence to policies and regulatory standards; conducts risk mitigation.
