Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an International Trade Compliance Analyst – Level 4 to lead complex regulatory initiatives in export controls. The role supports compliance across international marketing, sales, and supply chain, working with ITAR and EAR to ensure lawful operations.

Primary duties include interpreting regulations, guiding internal stakeholders, and coordinating authorizations. The position offers a dynamic, mission-driven environment with collaboration across Space Sector locations,

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree with significant experience in export controls and ITAR/EAR.
Experience applying ITAR/EAR regulations and interpreting complex rules.
Ability to train licensing personnel and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage internal export/import controls complying with ITAR/EAR and other regulations.
Provide guidance on US government regulations including ITAR/EAR.
Prepare and obtain export/import authorizations, permits, and certifications.
Coordinate gate reviews to ensure regulatory compliance for data, travel, and shipments.
Maintain trade compliance records and reporting as required by regulators.
Develop and deliver export licensing trainings and updates to leadership.
