Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an International Trade Compliance Analyst – Level 4 for a critical role located in Redondo Beach, CA with potential relocation to Linthicum, MD. The ideal candidate will navigate complex regulatory frameworks, mentor junior analysts, and deliver comprehensive training on export licensing strategies to leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience applying ITAR and EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal export and import controls to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies in international activities.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of USG regulations (ITAR, EAR).
• Prepare and obtain export/import authorizations, permits, and certifications from US government.
• Execute processes to ensure regulatory trade compliance through gate reviews of data and shipments.
• Maintain trade compliance records and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support metrics for export processes and collaborate across functions to develop authorization strategies.
• Assess transactions for gate reviews, licenses, exemptions, and commodity jurisdiction.
