Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience utilizing ITAR and EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal export/import controls to ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR across activities.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of USG regulations and complex scenarios.
• Prepare and obtain export/import authorizations, permits, and certifications.
• Lead gate reviews, maintain trade compliance records, and support performance metrics.
• Mentor junior analysts and deliver export training to leadership.
