Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an experienced Global Trade Analyst - level 3 to join our team in the Launch and Exploration Division. This hybrid role will report to the Global Trade Manager and focus on ITAR/EAR compliance for international programs.

You will work with Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering and Program Management to prepare export/import authorizations, manage records, and provide guidance on regulatory requirements. A US secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in import/export trade compliance or 9 years without a degree.
• Basic knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and US Government export regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and interpretation of USG regulations including ITAR, EAR, BATFE, anti-boycott rules, Census and Customs.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Engineering to determine export/import needs.
• Prepare and submit export/import authorization requests and manage post-approval activities and data exports.
• Support development of strategies to meet business requirements and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Present in meetings and training sessions; respond to questions from management, employees, customers and vendors.
• Assist in corrective action implementations and resolve export/import control issues with customers.
