Responsibilities

• Manage internal export/import controls per regulatory agencies.
• Interpret ITAR/EAR regulations for complex scenarios.
• Prepare and obtain export/import authorizations and permits.
• Conduct gate reviews of technical data, foreign travel/visits, exports/imports.
• Maintain trade compliance records and reporting requirements.
• Support performance metrics for export processes.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure compliant authorization strategies.
• Assess commodity jurisdiction and classification for reviews.
