Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager, International Solutions to lead and grow the international services portfolio—freight forwarding, NVOCC, import/export, and customs brokerage—across the top ten strategic accounts.

As a player-coach, you will own executive relationships, develop account plans, expand lanes, cross-sell, manage pipelines in CRM, coach the team, and work with operations to deliver profitable, compliant logistics solutions. Travel 30–40%.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, and/or customs brokerage.
• Approximately 3+ years leading, coaching, or managing sales professionals.
• Established network of shipper relationships and industry contacts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and trade processes.
• Willingness to travel to customers, prospects, and Odyssey locations as needed.

• Own the relationship and net revenue growth for Odyssey's top ten strategic accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans with clear targets for revenue and margin.
• Expand net revenue by developing new trade lanes and international services.
• Cross-sell international services across client portfolios and manage end-to-end capability.
• Maintain trusted-advisor relationships with customer executives and decision makers.
• Lead and develop the International Solutions sales team.
• Manage pipeline, forecast data in the CRM, and drive consultative, solution-oriented sales processes.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver profitable solutions.
