Sales Manager, International Solutions will lead the international services portfolio—freight forwarding/NVOCC, import/export, and customs brokerage—across top accounts while coaching the International Solutions sales team. This role reports to the SVP, Sales and requires establishing executive relationships, expanding lanes, and delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, or customs brokerage.
• 3+ years leading, coaching, or managing sales professionals; player-coach preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships and revenue growth for Odyssey's top ten strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear targets for revenue, profit, service mix, and new lanes.
• Identify and develop new trade lanes and international services within each account (FCL ocean, freight forwarding / NVOCC, import/export, CHB).
• Cross-sell Odyssey's international services across client portfolios, highlighting end-to-end capability.
• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with executives in logistics, procurement, and trade compliance; lead business reviews.
• Maintain pricing and margin discipline; qualify opportunities for profitability and operational fit.
• Drive new business through an established network and industry contacts.
• Lead consultative, multi-service sales process including RFP/RFQ responses and negotiations.
• Coach and develop the International Solutions sales team; manage pipeline and forecasts.
