Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to plan and deliver internal communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will own the SharePoint site, support executive messaging, and lead or support communications across the organization in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with A&BC leaders at SVP/VP level, shape communications strategy, manage announcements, and ensure consistent brand voice across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years collaborating with VP-level leaders and delivering on-tone, on-brand communications.
• 2+ years hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites used as an organizational communications vehicle.
• 2+ years of exceptional writing and editing with adaptable voice for different leaders/audiences.
• 2+ years of self-motivation, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• 2+ years of strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2+ years of interpersonal skills and credibility with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, drafting leadership messages.
• Advise executives on communication strategy and manage large announcements.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate leadership messaging.
• Manage day-to-day operational communications and newsletters.
