Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will own executive messaging, manage the SharePoint site, and drive engagement across the organization.

You will partner with A&BC leaders to craft on-brand communications, coordinate announcements, and support town halls and surveys. This is a fast-paced role for a polished writer with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years of experience with VP-level leaders and producing on-tone communications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites used as an organizational communications vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, writing communications and leadership messages.
• Advise SVP/VP-level leaders on communication strategy and compose announcements.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate leadership messaging.
• Manage the A&BC SharePoint site and ensure content is current and well organized.
