Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years collaborating with VP-level leaders, producing on-tone, on-brand communications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• 2+ years of exceptional writing and editing skills, adaptable voice for leaders.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities, workstreams, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with A&BC leaders to craft executive messaging and announcements.
• Maintain a communications calendar and coordinate leadership messaging.
• Develop and distribute operational communications and newsletters to the organization.
• Manage the SharePoint site as the primary communications channel.
• Plan and support town halls and employee surveys.
• Align communications with enterprise branding and priorities; provide flexible support for ad hoc activities.
