Zusammenfassung

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to join the Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) Operations team. You will plan and deliver internal communications for approximately 3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors, partnering with SVP/VP leaders to shape messaging and manage major announcements.

The role oversees the SharePoint site as the primary communications channel, leads or supports various communication initiatives, and collaborates with enterprise

Qualifikationen

4+ years of corporate/internal communications experience.
2+ years of executive communications (VP+).
2+ years working with VP-level leaders on on-brand communications.
2+ years creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
2+ years of exceptional writing/editing for diverse leaders/audiences.
2+ years of managing multiple priorities, workstreams, and deadlines.

Aufgaben

Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC and write leadership messages.
Advise SVP/VP on communication strategy and manage announcements.
Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate messaging.
Develop and distribute operational communications and newsletters.
Tailor content to different audiences while preserving brand standards.
Manage the A&BC SharePoint site and governance.
