Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years partnering with VP-level leaders on communications.
• 2+ years creating and maintaining SharePoint sites for org comms.
• 2+ years of exceptional writing and editing for diverse leaders.
• 2+ years coordinating multiple priorities and deadlines.
• 2+ years strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2+ years interpersonal skills to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership communications for SVP/VP level with on-brand voice.
• Advise leaders on communication strategy and major announcements.
• Maintain a communications calendar to avoid fatigue and overlap.
• Develop operational communications, newsletters, and updates.
• Manage the A&BC SharePoint site as primary channel.
• Plan town halls, surveys, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with enterprise team on Vib rancy Awards and events.
• Ensure messaging aligns with enterprise branding and priorities.
