Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to plan and deliver internal communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will partner with A&BC leaders, shape executive messaging, and manage the SharePoint site as the primary channel.

You’ll advise VP-level leaders, maintain a communications calendar, handle organizational updates, and support events like Vibrancy Awards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years of experience working directly with VP-level leaders, with a proven track record of producing on-tone, on-brand communications on their behalf.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites used as an organizational communications vehicle.
• 2+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice and style for different leaders and audiences.
• 2+ years of experience showing self-motivation and the ablilty to independently manage multiple priorities, workstreams, and deadlines.
• 2+ years of experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2+ years displaying strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support leadership communications, advising senior leaders on strategy and tone.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate messaging and avoid fatigue.
• Develop and distribute operational communications, newsletters, and updates.
• Tailor content to different audiences while maintaining brand standards.
• Manage and edit the SharePoint site as the primary communications channel.
