Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead executive messaging, manage the A&BC SharePoint site, and deliver organization-wide communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. This role partners with SVP/VP leaders in a fast-paced environment.

You'll craft on-brand messages, coordinate announcements, and support engagement initiatives, including surveys and town halls, while maintaining brand standards across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years working with VP-level leaders, producing on-tone, on-brand communications.
• 2+ years creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites used as organizational communications vehicles.
• 2+ years with exceptional writing and editing skills across leaders and audiences.
• 2+ years of self-motivation, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• 2+ years of strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC; write communications and leadership messages in an authentic, on-brand voice.
• Advise SVP/VP-level leaders on communication strategy and plan their large announcements.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate leadership messaging.
• Anticipate communication needs around organizational changes and priorities.
• Develop and distribute operational communications, newsletters, and updates to the organization.
• Tailor content and channel to different audiences; maintain brand standards across channels.
• Gather feedback and track engagement to improve reach and effectiveness.
• Manage, edit, and maintain the A&BC SharePoint site; keep content current and navigable.
• Create new pages, features, and resources for communications needs.
• Maintain documentation, templates, and archives; govern content quality.
• Support planning and execution of town halls; develop agendas, leader prep, content, run-of-show, and follow-up.
• Plan and report on organizational surveys; translate results into insights.
• Support site events and organization-wide engagement activities.
• Collaborate with enterprise communications on Vibrancy Awards and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Provide flexible support on operational activities as needed.
