CVS Health in the United States is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to plan and deliver communications for an organization of about 3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will partner with SVP and VP leaders to shape executive messaging, manage major announcements, and keep the broader organization informed, aligned, and engaged.

The role owns day-to-day communications operations, manages the A&BC SharePoint site, and leads or supports various activities

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years in executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years partnering with VP-level leaders.
• 2+ years creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• 2+ years strong writing/editing skills, ability to adapt voice for audiences.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities, workstreams, deadlines.
• 2+ years strong organizational skills.
• 2+ years interpersonal skills with senior leaders.
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Write leadership messages and on-brand communications for SVP/VP level.
• Plan and deliver organization-wide communications and newsletters.
• Manage the A&BC SharePoint site and maintain content quality.
• Plan town halls, surveys, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with enterprise teams on messaging and brand alignment.
