Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate/internal communications
• 2+ years in executive communications (VP+)
• 2+ years supporting VP-level leaders
• 2+ years hands-on SharePoint site management
• 2+ years of high-quality writing/editing across leaders
• 2+ years demonstrating organization skills & attention to detail
• 2+ years building credibility with senior leaders
• 2+ years using Microsoft 365 tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC writing leadership messages
• Advise leaders on communication strategy and manage announcements
• Maintain a communications calendar to avoid fatigue
• Anticipate needs around organizational changes and priorities
• Develop and distribute operational communications and newsletters
• Tailor content to different audiences and maintain brand standards
• Manage the A&BC SharePoint site and governance
• Plan and report on organizational surveys and engagement activities
• Support town halls and executive forums
• Collaborate with enterprise communications on initiatives and benefits
