Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to plan and deliver internal communications for roughly 3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will partner with A&BC leaders, craft executive messages, manage announcements, and keep communications aligned with brand standards across channels.

The role also owns the SharePoint site, supports town halls and surveys, and collaborates on Vibrancy Awards and other comms initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate/internal communications.
• 2+ years with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years working with VP-level leaders producing on-tone, on-brand content.
• 2+ years creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites as org comm vehicle.
• 2+ years of strong writing/editing, adaptable voice for leaders and audiences.
• 2+ years showing ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• 2+ years of strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2+ years building credibility with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership communications with SVP/VP level partners and craft on-brand messages.
• Advise leaders on comm strategy and manage major announcements and updates.
• Maintain a communications calendar to prevent fatigue and overlaps.
• Coordinate organizational updates and audience-tailored content.
• Own and optimize the A&BC SharePoint site as primary channel.
• Support town halls, surveys, and organization-wide engagement initiatives.
• Align comms with enterprise messaging and brand guidelines.
