Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead day-to-day internal communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will own leadership messaging, manage the SharePoint site, and support enterprise communications initiatives across the organization.

The role requires strong writing, governance, and collaboration with VP+ leaders, with opportunities to influence strategy and engagement at scale in a fast-paced health care setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years in executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years working with VP-level leaders on on‑tone, on‑brand communications.
• 2+ years creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites for organizational comms.
• 2+ years of writing/editing with adaptable voice for leaders/audiences.
• 2+ years independently managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• 2+ years strong organizational skills.
• 2+ years strong interpersonal skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to craft authentic, on-brand leadership messages.
• Plan and deliver leadership and organizational communications across channels.
• Maintain a communications calendar to avoid overlap and fatigue.
• Manage the A&BC SharePoint site as the primary communications channel.
• Develop newsletters and regular updates for the organization.
• Support or lead town halls, surveys, and engagement activities.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand standards across channels.
• Collaborate with enterprise communications on broader initiatives.
