Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead key communications for our Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) Operations team. You will partner with SVP/VP leaders, craft on-brand messages, and manage the SharePoint site as the primary communications channel for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.
2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
2+ years of experience working directly with VP-level leaders, producing on-tone, on-brand communications.
2+ years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
2+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional writing and editing skills, adapting voice for different leaders/audiences.
2+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, writing communications and leadership messages.
Advise SVP/VP-level leaders on communication strategy and major announcements.
Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate messaging and avoid fatigue.
Manage day-to-day operational communications and the SharePoint site.
