Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years of working directly with VP-level leaders, with a proven track record of producing on-tone, on-brand communications on their behalf
• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites used as an organizational communications vehicle
• 2+ years of exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice and style for different leaders and audiences
• 2+ years of managing multiple priorities, workstreams, and deadlines
• 2+ years of organizational skills and attention to detail
• 2+ years of interpersonal skills with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, writing communications and leadership messages.
• Advise leaders on communication strategy while managing planning, drafting, and delivery of announcements.
• Maintain a communications calendar coordinating leadership messaging.
• Anticipate communication needs around organizational changes and priorities.
• Develop and distribute operational communications and newsletters to the organization.
• Tailor content to different audiences and maintain brand standards across channels.
• Gather feedback and track engagement to improve reach and effectiveness.
• Manage the A&BC SharePoint site as the primary communications channel and governance.
• Create pages, features, and resources for organizational needs.
• Plan and report on surveys and support town halls and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with enterprise communications on Vibrancy Awards and alignment with brand guidelines.
