Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to own day-to-day internal communications and manage the A&BC SharePoint site. You will partner with SVP/VP leaders to craft authentic, on-brand messaging and manage major announcements across the organization.

The role requires strong writing, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate across leaders, teams, and channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in corporate or internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, writing announcements in an on-brand voice.
• Advise SVP/VP leaders on communication strategy and plan large announcements and updates.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate leadership messaging and avoid fatigue.
• Anticipate communication needs around organizational changes and priorities.
• Develop and distribute organizational updates and newsletters with tailored content for different audiences.
• Manage and improve consistency of messaging and brand across channels.
• Lead or support SharePoint site governance, content quality, and permissions.
• Plan and execute town halls and leadership forums, including run-of-show and follow-up.
• Support surveys, translate results into actionable insights, and track engagement.
• Collaborate with enterprise communications on initiatives like Vibrancy Awards.
• Align communications with enterprise priorities and provide flexible support as needed.
