Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to plan and deliver internal communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. The role partners with senior leaders to shape executive messaging, manage major announcements, and keep the organization informed and engaged.

Responsibilities include managing the SharePoint site, creating on-brand communications, and supporting town halls and surveys.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years partnering with VP-level leaders, producing on-tone, on-brand communications.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• 2+ years of strong writing and editing skills for diverse leaders and audiences.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, drafting leadership messages and announcements.
• Advise executives on communication strategy and manage large organizational updates.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate leadership messaging.
• Lead or support SharePoint content governance and site management.
• Develop and distribute operational communications and newsletters to the organization.
• Tailor content to different audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Provide engagement analytics and feedback to improve reach and impact.
• Support town halls, surveys, and other organization-wide events.
